Soak up the spring sun at our lodge-style pool

One of the first places where you can truly feel the arrival of spring.

Our outdoor swimming pool will reopen on April 25th, ready for the new season. Time for the sun on your face, a good book on your sunbed and, for those who dare, a refreshing dip.

The pool is sheltered by greenery and borders our sunny terrace with comfortable loungers. Until 4:00 PM, the pool is exclusively for hotel guests; after that, brasserie guests with a reservation are also welcome.

The 30-meter pool has a shallow section, ideal for children or for your own relaxation. The water is heated by the sun. So yes, it’s certainly "crisp." But that will only make you feel more invigorated!

7 days a week, 365 days a year, our Brasserie is open. In the morning, we serve an extensive breakfast buffet, and from 12 o'clock, everyone is welcome for lunch, drinks, or a culinary dinner. Our hospitality is renowned throughout the region, and, we dare say with confidence, you won't find anything better on the Dutch coast!

The hotel is located in Rockanje, 400 meters from the beach, between forest and dunes. With the Voornes Duin nature reserve as an ideal place for a beautiful walk or bike ride. With the fortified towns of Brielle and Hellevoetsluis to stroll around or to sit down for a drink. And the many activities, from kite surfing to mountain biking, that you can do here perfectly.

Early Check-in
You're always welcome to arrive earlier! If your room is already ready, you can check in right away. If not, feel free to enjoy our facilities or settle down in the brasserie for a delicious lunch, coffee with cake, or a relaxing drink. After all, you’re on holiday!

Late Check-out
Want to enjoy your departure day a little longer? If your room hasn’t been booked again that day, you can request a late check-out. For €17.50, you can stay in your room until 1:00 PM. Forest, beach, and peace… just a bit more vacation time.

No worries if your plans change — we like to keep things flexible.

Full flexibility up to 1 day before arrival
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. We use 3:00 PM as the arrival time.
For example: if you’re arriving on May 15, you can cancel free of charge until May 14 at 3:00 PM.

Cancelling within 1 day before arrival
If you cancel within 24 hours of arrival, we will charge 100% of the booking value.

Absolutely! Your loyal four-legged friend is more than welcome here. We completely understand how great it is to travel with your dog — especially with the forest and beach just a short walk away.

Costs & conditions
The cost is €25 per dog per night. You may bring up to two dogs per room.

Dogs welcome – almost everywhere
Dogs are welcome throughout the hotel, including in the restaurant and on the terrace. The only exception is the swimming pool.

What we arrange for your dog
We’ll make sure your dog gets a warm welcome. Want something extra, like tips for walking routes? Just ask at reception — we’re happy to help!

Start your day right with our extensive continental breakfast buffet in the brasserie.

Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Weekend: 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM

Breakfast is not automatically included in your stay, but you can easily add it during your booking. Didn’t book breakfast yet? No worries – you can still arrange it at reception.

Enjoy fresh bread rolls, juices, fruit, yoghurt, sweet and savoury treats... everything you need for a great start to your day!

Parking at our hotel is free and available on our private grounds.

There are also designated disabled parking spaces and two charging points for electric cars (subject to availability).

Bringing your bike? You can store it safely in our secure bicycle storage – ideal after a day of exploring the dunes or getting some fresh air by the sea!

Our outdoor pool is open from May to September. It’s not heated – perfect for a refreshing dip on warm days! Until 4PM, the pool is exclusively for hotel guests, . The sun terrace with loungers is only available for our hotelguests.

Our wellness area in the Dune Building is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. Warm up in the Finnish sauna, relax in the steam cabin, and stretch out in the cosy relaxation room with loungers. Intimate, comfortable, and fully in our lodge-style atmosphere. The ideal way to end your day by the sea or to ease into your stay.

Yes, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning – it can both cool and heat. Perfect comfort, all year round.

Extra beds can only be added in our Maple Outdoor rooms.
Baby cots can be placed in the Maple Double, Maple Outdoor, Maple Twin, and Maple Cosy rooms.

No, there is no elevator in the hotel.

However, we do have ground floor rooms – our Maple Outdoor rooms – so feel free to let us know if you'd prefer to avoid stairs.
The highest rooms (on the 2nd floor) are accessible via three staircases.
